We met Ant Redman and his wonderful wife Les in a diner on the beach front almost a month ago.
Immediately I liked them. They are kind, gentle, and most importantly, they love Jesus.
Ant leads a pure grace church called "North Way" that meets at two venues. On Sunday morning the meeting is held at Northlands Girls High School, and on Sunday nights at a home in the north coast village of Umhlodi.
My family is going to the evening meeting, as the morning service is a bit far from our home. But that said, the three weeks that I have been there, the manifest presents of God has been there every time.
I have asked Ant if we could post his teachings on the blog, and he has agreed, which is great, you will see why....
We are calling his stuff "Antidepressant", and if you ever meet him, you will understand why.
So we hope you enjoy and grow as we are.

I love this nickname...
What you did not know when you made the nickname...is that Ant suffered from depression for many years, until the power of God and the reasisation that "god is in a good mood" changed his life forever. Now he is a serious anti depressant agent for the king...

That is so bizarre. I was going to call Ants nickname "Army Ant", but it just didn't seem right.
Woke up yesterday with Antidepressant. I thought it was clever because it had his name twice. Then I realized that it suites him down to the ground.
Anyway, he is a blessing and I believe his contributions will be even more.
