Grace Theology on Rewards

Can any one help me with "Grace Theology on Rewards"?
I have a firm grip on my acceptance and position in Christ, the gift of blessings and the finished work of the cross. But "rewards" how does that work in the context of Grace, at what point would my works become a 'dead work' ..... things like that.

The New Testament contains 155 references to Grace. 130 of them come from the pen of Paul. The word opens, closes and dominates every letter he wrote. Grace is what he teaches ...... so why don't people in todays church see it??
