So how does the work of God get done?

1Co 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace which was toward me has not been without fruit, but I labored more abundantly than all of them; yet not I, but the grace of God with me.

Col 1:29 For which I also labor, striving according to the working of Him who works in me in power.

Eph 3:20 Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,

For me this is one of the most difficult things to grasp. I used to WORK my self to the bone, striving to get ahead in the kingdom ....actually the church system. And all I got was depressed and burnt out.
Now in Grace I see a deferent picture, but seperating dead works and good works is not so simple.

Titus 2
11For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself [His] own special people, zealous for good works. 15Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

2Timothy
16All Scripture [is] given by inspiration of God, and [is] profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, 17that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.

I think, having been at a place where I strived to "get ahead in the Kingdom" my self (if I am totally honest, most of what I did was to try and crack the nod from my elders and fellow Christians), and now have the blessing of the Holy Spirit revealing grace to me, I now find myself WANTING (with incredible urgency and energy) to share THIS gospel with the entire world.
Along with the fact that true grace should filter from the Father through us and into the world, resulting in VERY good works.
All this is great in theory, but I find myself slipping back into "dead works" often.
I find huge encouragement in the fact that the Holy Spirit is changing us
2Co 3:18 ...are being changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Lord Spirit.

You must constantly ask yourself the question.... "Do i want to do this or that?" or "am I doing this For God?"
I fully agree! if you are doing works to climb the holy ladder. it is dead works.it is also very easy to identify. DEAD WOKS-NO ANNOINTING........ GOOD WORKS-THE ANNOINTING FLOWS....
Do works for God and God only.
In My Marriage, i followed after my wife when things were bad,and as a result of chasing her things got worse. i changed my approach, followed after God,exercized grace and things are getting better daily,PRAISE the Lord. It is the same with Church. Chase after God Not your leaders.......
