We are declared righteoues-given a perfect right standing with the Heavenly Father 100% based on what Jesus Christ has done on our behalf. WE have been reconciled 100% (freindship harmony unity dignity worth)based on the accomplishment of our wonderfull Jesus alone. We are absolutely free from sin 100% based on the finished work of of our glorious Christ. If grace needs any contribution on our part then it is no longer grace,WE ARE NOT JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, WE HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED BY CHRIST!!!!!!! our faith plays no part in it.Gods faith in His workmanship plays every part in it.Our faith does not moove God,He has already mooved in Christ.WE dont have to overcome the world the flesh or the devil its already been done in Christ& given to us as a free gift. The "faith" message has put all of the focus emphasis & attention on us beloved, when all the focus & emphasis should be on Christ & His total accomplishment on our behalf. Its ours beloved, we dont have to "beleive" for it, its just simply ours,Gods doing in Christ, to tell somebody what they already have as their leagal right will ignite faith,to tell somebody what they,ve yet to attain wont!!! faith is the fruit of grace i.e what the Father has unreservedly & unconditionaly given us in Christ,Faith comes by hearing the message concerning the Christ,I.E HIS ACCOMPLISHMENT ON OUR BEHALF!!!!!!

You said it -it really does ROCK!!! What a wonderfull liberating post, thank you!
hmmm not sure about the theology here...seems to me faith is needed for righteousness.
If not would not every person go to heaven even without faith?
Maybe this wil encourage you.
You are correct, faith is needed - but here is the thing, because of God's faith in His creation, before you could believe anything, before you accepted anything, God gave us Jesus, and it is by what Jesus did on our behalf, and because of His faith, that by a FREE gift we are now righteous. When we hear this good news, this incredible report, our hearts are filled with faith, faith is ignited in us! Now because of this we walk in the light and the full consequenses of the fact that we are all righteous ... It is like the story of the tukey and the eagle, the eagle was created an eagle, he thinks he is a turkey, when you come and take him out of his cage and shoo him to fly off, he will not fly he will run along, because in his mind he is still a turkey. But when he hears the cry of another eagle and he looks up and sees another eagle soaring on the wind....something is ignited in him and he mounts up and flies ...he did not believe he was an eagle first and that caused him to fly. No, one that was his likeness was revealed to him .. he saw himself his makeup in the other eagle (This other eagle is Christ to us) When we see as He is so are we, faith is ignited in our hearts and we are transformed from the old glory(turkey) to this new Glory - Christ.
Ascribe greatness to our God, the Rock, His work is perfect!” Deut.32:3,4. “We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus.” Ep.2:10. “For in Him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, all things were created through Him and for Him. He is before all things and all things share their common origin and identity in Him.” Col.1:15-17. The Gospel cannot reveal a redemption or reconciliation of lesser implication than this: “For He has made known to us in all wisdom and insight the mystery of His will, according to His purpose which He has treasured in Christ as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in Him, things in heaven and on earth.” Ep.1:9,10. “Everything that exists in heaven or earth finds its perfection and fulfilment in Him.” (Phillips translation) “All this is God’s doing; camouflaged in Christ as it were, God personally reconciled the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them.” 2Cor.5:19. The same perfection declared and celebrated in the Sabbath of Genesis 1 and 2 is now revealed in redemption and becomes the urgency of our appeal to humanity, to enter God’s rest, to see what God sees in order to co-know with Him and thus to cease from their own labours! Zeph.3:17. We cannot afford to see less in salvation than what God sees in it!
I hear ya, and i agree with the heart of whay you are saying...just think the following quote might not be the most accurate way theologically to put it..
"WE ARE NOT JUSTIFIED BY FAITH, WE HAVE BEEN JUSTIFIED BY CHRIST!!!!!!! our faith plays no part in it"
